Where can I return Spectrum devices? ›

Yes, you can return your Spectrum equipment to any Spectrum Store. You can also return your equipment by bringing it to a UPS Store during store hours. The UPS Store will take care of the rest. If you can't visit a UPS or Spectrum store, you can request a Home Shipment Return Kit by contacting Spectrum.

Contact Spectrum Mobile 24 x 7 at 866.782.2681 for technical support, account or billing assistance. To order new service or customize your Spectrum Mobile plan and devices, contact Spectrum Mobile at 866.991.6500, Monday-Sunday, 7AM-11PM ET.

We'll replace your remote if it's not working properly. Bring your old remote to your local Spectrum store for a replacement.

To return or exchange a Mobile Device purchased online or over the phone from Spectrum that Spectrum directly mails to your address, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of shipping to initiate a return. Call Spectrum at (833) 224-6603 to request a return authorization and instructions for returning the device.

Note: The only way to discontinue service is by calling (833) 267-6094.

If you've lost your remote, or you've replaced your batteries and your remote still isn't functioning properly, you can: Swap it at a Spectrum Store location. Contact us to have a new remote control mailed to you within three to five days.

Please use a FedEx Office location. Do not use a FedEx Drop Box. You can return older equipment via UPS or FedEx. If there's no UPS or FedEx in area, you can drop off your Spectrum equipment at a Spectrum store.

I just wanted to give a sort of PSA for equipment returns. UPS will take your equipment, box it, label it and give you a receipt all for free. It's absolutely effortless, pain free, you don't have to wait on a rep.

What Happens if You Don't Return Equipment. If you don't return your equipment, you will be charged a fee of $200.
