About
Taco Bell is a fast-food chain that offers Mexican-inspired cuisine, including tacos, quesadillas, and nachos. Comparing it to a visit six months prior and considering feedback from a frequent visitor, the drive-thru service was efficient compared to nearby competitors. The tacos were notably improved with fresh shells and non-greasy beef options available in supreme or custom combinations. The staff maintained a friendly demeanor while ensuring smooth operations.
Why you should go
- Enjoy a quick meal break with fast drive-thru service
- Try the $2 beefy burrito known for being fresh and hot
- Experience nostalgic attachment to Taco Bell from childhood

I must admit I have a deep attachment to Taco Bell from my youth. A TB was opened a few minutes from my childhood home and a welcome respite from burgers. One Father’s Day my son said the kids always took Mom out for Mother’s Day, so the kids wanted to take me out, anywhere I wanted. Steak, seafood, etc. I picked Taco Bell! This TB is the closest now and would have been a monthly stop after church, a block away. But with a number of jobs infilled they were only open at takeout window. And tacos they sit for a 15 minute drive aren’t the best. But recently they reopened under new management, new staffing and inside dining. So we made the trip after church, my wife, our daughter, granddaughter and myself. Now I joke about my wife sticking mostly with familiar foods but I am pretty set on Tacos at the Bell. Service was quick, food was great. It will now be a regular after-church stop.
I'm comparing them to a visit about 6 months earlier. Plus a friend goes there more often than me so I'm using her inputs also. The drive thru moved fairly quickly when compared to close by competition which is a plus on a meal break. The tacos were very good compared to my previous visit. Shells weren't stale and most importantly the beef wasn't greasy. Ours were combination of supreme and custom(only double meat and cheese). They we're made exactly as requested. The staff was friendly and kept things moving. I gave it 4 stars only as a comparison to another quick serve Hispanic restaurant on Main St. in Dunedin.
Tacobell sign dark food looked horrible and very little items in the taco and a very messy very little anything other than shell for my Mexican pizza. Talk about cheating the customer. Ordered 3 #9's Mexican pizza and 2 tacos and this is what they looked like. See pics

Reviews
Taco Bell received mixed reviews from customers, with some praising the quick service and good quality of tacos, especially noting the $2 beefy burrito as a great deal. However, there were complaints about inconsistent orders, lack of meat and cheese in tacos, and unprofessional behavior by staff members. Despite these issues, loyal customers expressed nostalgia for Taco Bell from their youth and appreciated recent improvements in service after management changes.

The $2 beefy burrito is a great deal. They were fresh enough that they were still hot when I got home a couple of minutes later. Good price, good portion, throw in a little hot sauce from home - I like stuff hotter than Taco Bell does - can you have a nice little snack!
Stood at the counter for a minute because no one was paying attention, girl that helped me was really nice and kind, food came out right and tasted good but unfortunately the whole time I sat in your dining area eating I had to listen to one of your employees (he was wearing a visor, had short sideburns) dropping about 15 F bombs as well as some other various vulgar words that the whole lobby could hear. None of the other handful of employees seem to care either, I can't imagine that's okay. Be better.
