Uber & Lyft Pick-Up Locations at Every Las Vegas Strip Resort (2024)

Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft have been a welcome addition to the Las Vegas transportation landscape, offering a cheaper, more honest alternative to taxi cabs.

While rideshare apps have grown in popularity, casinos along the Strip have been slow to clearly label where the pick-up locations are located within their sprawling resorts, and they’re oftentimes tough to find.

Considering I detest wandering a casino aimlessly, I figured it would be helpful to give a resort-by-resort breakdown of where to find the Uber & Lyft pickup location.

Note that drop-off and pick-up locations could change with little notice. I’ll do my best to keep this post updated, but would recommend checking with a resort employee if you’re struggling to find the spot.

Rideshare Pick-Up Locations by Resort

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Mandalay Bay

The Uber & Lyft pick-up location is located near the convention center entrance.

To find the rideshare pickup location from the casino floor, find Hazel Coffee & co*cktails and walk past it down a hallway towards the Mandalay Bay hotel front desk. From there, you’ll navigate to the beach level and see the rideshare pickup location signs.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Luxor

The Uber & Lyft pickup location at Luxor is found at their north entrance, which can be found at the beginning of the walkway to Excalibur.

Note that this pick-up point is not their main porte cochere along the Strip.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Excalibur

Both Uber & Lyft pick up at Excalibur’s Resort Tower entrance, which is found near the backside of the resort.

If you’re on the casino floor, find Sherwood Bar and Johnny Rockets. Once there, make your way toward the Royal Tower guestroom elevators and entrance.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at MGM Grand

To find the Uber & Lyft pickup spot at MGM Grand, navigate to the hotel registration desk (with the golden lion statue in the center).

From there, follow the hallway found near the resort’s main entrance back to the rideshare pick-up location, which is on the first floor of the self-parking garage.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at New York New York

Keeping things simple, New York New York’s Uber & Lyft pickup location is found at the resort’s main entrance.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Park MGM

To find the Uber & Lyft pickup location at Park MGM, find the bell desk near registration and hang a right.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Aria

Uber & Lyft picks up in the lower level of Aria’s north valet lobby.

To find the pickup location from Aria’s casino floor, you’ll want to walk past both the Alibi Ultra Lounge and Aria Patisserie toward the north entrance.

Once in the north entrance lobby, take the elevator down a level toward the Jewel Nightclub, pet relief area, and the Uber/Lyft pickup spot.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Cosmopolitan

Rideshare pick-ups at Cosmopolitan are done at the main entrance, which can be found by walking to the backside of the casino, and through the hotel lobby.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Bellagio

Bellagio’s Uber & Lyft pickup location is found in the south tower lobby, which is near the resort’s main entrance and hotel registration desk.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Planet Hollywood

The rideshare pickup location is found near Planet Hollywood’s main vehicle entrance, in a lane specific to rideshare.

This can be found right outside the hotel registration lobby.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Paris

The Uber pick-up location at Paris is found at their north entrance, which is near the resort’s sports book.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Horseshoe

Uber and Lyft pick-ups occur at Horseshoe’s north entrance. The door you’re looking for is just off the casino floor and is next to a gift shop.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Cromwell

Cromwell’s Uber & Lyft pick-up location is actually over at Flamingo as the resorts share a pick-up spot. See Flamingo’s information below.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Flamingo

Flamingo’s Uber & Lyft pickup location is outside their south entrance on the lower level.

The escalator to the lower level pick-up location is found just off the casino floor (climb the small flight of stairs near the sportsbook) adjacent to the hotel registration desk.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at LINQ

The Uber & Lyft pick-up location at LINQ is a bit of a hike. From the casino floor, find the hotel registration desk and walk towards the rear of the resort (away from the Strip).

You’ll follow a hallway past a grab-and-go coffee and sandwich shop, a purple zebra statue, guest elevators, and through a retail corridor. There, you’ll find the rideshare pickup location.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Harrah’s

Also a bit of a hike, Harrah’s Uber & Lyft pick-up location is found at the rear of the resort in the main porte cochere.

To get there from the casino floor, take the walkway straight back, away from the Strip, past the Fulton Street Food Hall, and through the retail hallway.

At the end of that retail corridor is where you’ll find the rideshare pick-up location.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Casino Royale

Casino Royale’s Uber & Lyft pickup location is found on the backside of the casino.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at The Venetian

Ranking as one of the more confusing Uber & Lyft pick-up locations that I’ve personally had to track down, Venetian’s is located on the 2nd level of their parking garage.

From the casino floor, you can find the pickup location by navigating to The Venetian hotel elevators. There, you’ll see an escalator that you take up one level. From that point, you can follow the signs to parking & valet area.

Once you get into the ramp, the Uber & Lyft pickup location is on the far back wall of the parking structure.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Palazzo

Like Venetian, Palazzo’s Uber & Lyft pick-up location is found in the self-parking ramp on the lower valet level.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Caesars Palace

The Uber & Lyft pickup location at Caesars Palace is in the Omnia/Colosseum valet area found in the parking ramp.

To get there from the casino floor, navigate to the Colosseum and follow the signs for the parking garage located just past it. To get to the parking garage, you’ll need to walk between the Colosseum on your right and the food court/Stadia sports bar to your left.

Once there, the Uber/Lyft pickup location is marked.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at The Mirage

The Uber & Lyft pick-up location at Mirage is found at their north entrance, which can be found by walking through the hotel lobby front desk area.

Note that the main entrance, which is also near hotel registration, is not the pick-up point. You’ll need to actually walk through the hotel lobby.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at TI

The Uber & Lyft pick-up location at Treasure Island is found near their main porte cochere.

Once you step outside the main entrance, take a right and follow the sidewalk. The rideshare pick-up point is across the street and is marked.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Fontainebleau

If you’re on the casino floor, walk past Azul toward the giant gold and silver sculpture – You’ll know it when you see it.

Once there, take the escalator down and you’ll find yourself in the rideshare pick-up waiting room.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Resorts World

This one is brutal, especially in the summer as rideshare apps advise you to exit the casino and walk outdoors to the self-parking ramp, which is a hike.

I once personally walked out there and couldn’t find my driver – It was a mess.

Here’s a tip from my Uber driver: Request a pickup at Resorts World when you’re located under the porte cochere for either their Hilton or Conrad hotel brands.

Once you request the ride, immediately send the driver a message letting him know which hotel entrance you’re located at. They’ll know where you are and grab you there, saving you a significant walk.

The Uber & Lyft pick-up location at Circus Circus is to the right as you exit the resort using the main entrance.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Wynn

The rideshare pick-up point at Wynn is incorporated into the resort’s main entrance.

To find the location from the casino floor, head toward The Overlook Lounge or Charlie’s Bar and Grill. Both are right next to the exit you’ll need to use.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Encore

Uber and Lyft rides can be hailed at the north entrance to the resort.

If you’re looking for that specific exit from the casino floor, just look for the “Espresso” coffee shop – The door right next to it is your ticket.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at Sahara

The parking lot ground level is used for Uber & Lyft pickups at Sahara.

Rideshare Pick-Up Location at STRAT

Uber and Lyft pick up passengers just outside the rear entrance (near the high-limit room) at STRAT.

Lyft specifically will also pick-up under STRAT’s front entrance porte cochere.
