The parking was horrendous. I arrived 1.5 hrs earlier than my appointment and I still had trouble finding parking in the garage. You all need to rectify that situation

i made it into exam room fairly promptly but waited there about 40 minutes. i was told at some point md was reviewing ct scan. interaction w/ md was "robotic". he may have introduced himself but no handshake, did not crack a smile, no interest in me introducing him to my husband. he did not have positive information to convey re my case (pancreatic cancer). i am fully aware the practice is a business - md does not know me and cares little or not all for me but fake it - pretend to care, empathize, provide any positive context possible. maybe there is not positive context to provide in my case. that remains to be seen as i am moving onto 2nd and 3rd opinions elsewhee. please dont deliver devastating information to patients w/ a deadly disease as if you are dealing w/ a customer at your shoe store who has gotten on your last nerve.
