Dr. Schumann was very caring and listened to me and understood my health problem. I was very impressed and pleased with the way he handled my visit.

On time, explained the treatment I was going to be given.

It was a wonderful experience. Well taken care of and felt like I was checked thoroughly.

Overall, I really like the personnel in the Medford office, and because I am visually impaired, most of them are very helpful. There was one person up at the front desk on the way out who was only mildly helpful, minimally helpful, and that was disconcerting, but everyone else was just extremely helpful.

Dr. Thomas Schumann was Excellent! I went into Orthopedics with crutches, and after reviewing my MRI, Doctor Schumann told me I don't need the crutches but he advused me tk use the Velcro brace so as not to twist my knee or worsen the tear. I really felt so much more confident in the healing process going forward without the crutches and with the brace for protection. I was also given the script for physical therapy. Thank You Dr. Schumann!

The doctor did his job ,but lacked personality and conversation with me, until his job was completed, he was direct and explained my procedure. He does know how to give relief from pain and I thank him for that.

As far as a timely matter, I had an appointment and still waited about 45 minutes. As far as trust it was my first time, so I guess I have to get used to the Dr's. All and all it was a good professional visit.
